Ohio House Bill 8 – The “Parents’ Bill of Rights”

This Ohio bill requires that schools disclose to parents any instructional material that
includes sexuality content. Upon the request of a parent, a student shall be excused from instruction that includes sexuality content and be permitted to take an alternative class.
